Seeing communion as something to be celebrated only in a church or a temple restricts its meaning. A greater and broader meaning should be given to communion.
For it is the condition for life itself. To commune is also to eat, drink, breathe, walk, watch, listen, love, work and to seek constantly to interact with living creatures and forces of nature.
Every act of daily life can become a way of experiencing magnificent states of consciousness that are ways of communing. It is even all these forms of communion which give meaning to Christian communion.
The day we understand what true communion is, in its cosmic dimension, we will feel currents of abundant and pure energy circulating in all regions of our being, and we will know what eternal life without beginning or end is.
