Concentration and meditation are exercises that allow us to gather and store up spiritual energy, which we can use for our work. However, for this exercise to be truly fruitful, you must be able to remain completely still, so as not to make the slightest rustle or creak; first, because the silence must not be disturbed by even the faintest noise, and second, because you lose strength if you are unable to stay absolutely motionless.
Before meditating, move as much as you want, but you must not move a muscle during the meditation, otherwise you will never manage to concentrate your energies on spiritual work.
