What matters is the quality of the food, and above all, the way you eat. Even if you reduce your portions, you can draw more energy from your food if you have learned to absorb it with love and consciousness.
If you manage to free your mind at mealtime and focus your attention on the food so as to penetrate it with rays of love, a separation occurs between its matter and its energy: the matter disintegrates, while the energy enters into you and becomes available to you.
The same processes are at work in a thermonuclear plant. If human beings really knew how to eat, only a few mouthfuls would suffice.
They would draw enough energy to move the whole universe.
